HARRISBURG –State Rep. David Rowe (R-Snyder/Union/Mifflin/Juniata) was among five members of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to earn the National Federation for Independent Business’ (NFIB) “Guardian of Small Business” designation for the 2023-24 Legislative Session. This recognition is given only to the fiercest advocates for the Commonwealth’s small business community.
“Small businesses are the backbone of Pennsylvania’s economy and they’re a key part of what makes our Commonwealth so special,” said Rowe. “I am passionate about advocating for the business owners in the 85th District and across our great state. It is an honor to be recognized for that advocacy, and I remain committed to being a strong voice for this invaluable community.”
“Rep. Rowe stands up for small business 100% of the time by advocating for policies to make it easier to operate a small business in Pennsylvania. I am honored to be able to present him with NFIB’s guardian of small business award,” said NFIB state director Greg Moreland.
NFIB’s prestigious Guardian of Small Business Award is reserved for legislators who vote consistently with small business on the key issues identified by small business owners.
